What have I done?!?
Yesterday, I signed up for this fantastic cell phone deal.
Today, I transfered my existing cell phone number to my new account. The entire process was completed within 20 minutes and was relatively pain free. In fact, I was assured my number will be transferred to the new account within 24 hours. Satisfied I had beat the system, I thanked the T-Mobile customer service agent and hung up. Only then did I realize my new phone will not arrive for 4 more days.... [09:21] [ ]
