MINNEAPOLIS, MN Kelci Stringer, widow of the late offensive lineman Korey Stringer, picked the pocket of Minnesota Vikings owner Red McCombs during a half time ceremony to honor her husband on Monday Night Football.

Armed with several lawyers, Mrs. Stringer took the field and approached McCombs, who she is suing for $100 million. Her attorneys shook hands with the owner and slapped him on the back, while Mrs. Stringer picked his pocket.

The felony was captured by ABC's Monday Night cameras. In fact, broadcaster Al Michaels praised Mrs. Stringer's actions: "Our nation looks on at Kelci Stringer and cannot help but feel her pain."

Stringer and her entire money grubbing crew then fled the Metrodome, knocking down several of the Vikes' offensive lineman, as well as the Viking mascot himself. "We were no match for them," said right tackle Chris Liwienski. "I wish our team was as focussed on the money as she was."

Senior Staff writer Butch Rogaine has hired Stanley M. Chesley, Esq. to bring a wrongful death suit against his mom, who he blames for the death of his goldfish Otto.
